Terms of Service

I am fully allowed to decline the commission for any reason.I do NOT give permission for my art to be used for AI training or NFTs.All payments will be done with PayPal, either through Ko-Fi or directly through PayPal.All prices are listed in USD.You must pay 50% of the price upfront, the rest will be paid when the commission is done.No refunds will be provided unless under special circumstances before the work is finished.You are required to credit me, you can use my Carrd link for that or just @ me directly on the platform you are using.I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution.

Important Notes

Once I'm messaging you, describe what you want in detail or give images for reference of what you’re describing.Make sure to have reference images.It may take a while for me to reply back, as I have a day job from Monday-Thursday.The work could be completed within a few days or weeks of when you commission me. However, it is possible that it could take longer due to conditions out of my control. So keep that in mind.I experiment with my art very often, so things may look inconsistent from one week to another.If you use any AI images for reference, I may ban you permanently from any commissions, raffles or other similar things.If something you want isn't listed on either Can Do and Won't Do, then you can ask me about it.You can keep the commission private between me and you.I will be recording the time-lapse of the commission, to later post on my Patreon.Patreon members can get discounts up to 40%
